What I'm proposing:

Reduce the price of each Foundation horse. Something like 1 HRC would be incredible, but 100 or even 1,000 would help a lot.

Of course, you could also hand out more HRC. But I think reducing the foundation prices is more sustainable long term.

Reason I'm proposing it:

It costs 5,000 HRC to pull one horse from the Foundation. The 10 million HRC we were initially given could only purchase 2,000 horses from the Foundation. That sounds like a lot, until you have to pull 300 foals out of a foundation to get one representative of a rare gene. Then double / quadruple it to get a couple more.

On Live, we can take time to let others grab unwanted foals. On Beta, we are under a lot more time pressure and many of these genes need to be bred.

To properly test the rare genes in a short frame of time, we'll have to pull a thousand or more horses out of the foundation. For myself, I've almost run out of HRC already just setting up the herd I have and helping others set up theirs.

Many of us will have trouble really testing the genes announced in Live today, given the HRC demands of pulling from the Foundation.
