I started with 18 stables, bought 3 with HRC, but then despite me lvling up past free stable, I am still on 21

And it tells that I can buy only 14 more with hrc

The discount stall bug seems to be fixed:

I bought stalls 17-25 with HRC at 10000 each. Then trained horses for 14 levels (6-19) and got a level with each. That totals 39 stalls, which is where I am at now. So, the free stalls through leveling is fixed now.

Adding onto this one, the wrong value for the tier is displayed on the purchase button for me. I currently have 16 stables, so this would be #17 and should be 15000 HRC, not 10000. I went through with the purchase, and it only charged me 10000 HRC.
